Projects
All types of mechanical services projects are undertaken on a pre-designed or design and build basis — from a £15k commercial boiler replacement to a £2.6m Michelin fine dining hotel in the New Forest.
We're well versed in working within occupied premises such as hospitals, institutions, doctors' surgeries and retirement homes, including Southampton General, Princess Anne Maternity, St James, Frimley Park, St Mary's IOW and Bournemouth General.
We've refurbished listed and English Heritage buildings such as Queen Victoria's Osborne House and Charters' Art Deco apartments in Ascot, and deliver schools, colleges, sports centres and pools for local county councils.

Design
A full mechanical HEVAC design and build service, delivered by a dedicated team equipped with the latest software.
We help achieve compliance with building regulations, BREEAM recommendations and energy conservation measures. Early appointment lets us build energy-saving, sustainable features into the initial concept.
Our design packages include design data, equipment schedules, coordinated drawings, builderswork requirements and building regulation submittals.

Engineering
Engineering teams are selected to suit each project — we recognise the difference between an occupied hospital ward refurbishment and a fast-track supermarket installation.
Each team includes a project manager, contracts engineer, draughtsman, foreman and installation operatives, covering safety, procurement, programming, supervision, commissioning and testing.
Projects are reviewed at monthly management meetings so procedures can adapt to changing needs.
